These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PooDrop mobile application (the "App"), operated by PooDrop LLC ("PooDrop," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PooDrop. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you sign in with email and password, keep your password secure. If you sign in with Apple, your sign-in is managed by Apple. Notify us at support@poodrop.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
PooDrop is a community accountability app. Users mark ("drop") the locations of dog-waste bags on a shared map, and other users can mark them as picked up. The App keeps stats and a leaderboard to encourage cleanup. PooDrop is provided for community and entertainment purposes.
You are responsible for the content you contribute, including your username, profile photo, and the bag locations you drop ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant PooDrop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

We may remove User Content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
PooDrop shows locations submitted by other users. Use common sense and follow local laws when traveling to or interacting with any location in the App. You are solely responsible for your own safety. Do not enter private property, hazardous areas, or restricted locations.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. Please review it.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information in the App (including bag locations) is accurate or reliable.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POODROP LLC AND ITS OWNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
